This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Litigator and Solicitor to join a brand-new office (currently c.10 lawyers) with significant investment committed to growing the firm's presence in the Staffordshire market, offering a warm desk with high-quality work and a highly supportive environment.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of Agriculture and landed estate disputes, working as a specialist Litigator across complex rural matters
- Handling a range of property disputes including land, farming, and estate-related Litigation
- Advising landowners, estates, and rural clients as a trusted Solicitor within a collaborative team
- Managing matters from instruction through to resolution, including ADR and court proceedings
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation
- Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
- Attending meetings, negotiations, and hearings with advocacy opportunities
The Candidate:
- A Senior Associate / Principal Associate with strong experience as a Litigator within property or land disputes
