A growing and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Property Litigation team in Stoke-on-Trent, as part of a strategic investment in its regional growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing office and play a key role in a specialist practice, with a focus on agricultural disputes, land disputes, and broader real estate litigation.

The Stoke office represents a relatively new and rapidly growing venture for the firm, with ambitious plans for further expansion. As part of a close-knit and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to take on high levels of responsibility and contribute to the growth of the practice.

You will advise on a broad range of high-quality matters, including:

  • Agricultural disputes
  • Land and boundary disputes
  • Real estate litigation
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Development-related disputes
  • Estate Disputes

The Candidate:

  • A Property Litigation Solicitor operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (or approaching that level)
  • Strong technical expertise across property litigation matters, ideally including agricultural or land-based disputes
  • Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy, whilst working collaboratively within a wider team
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in client development and business growth
  • Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
  • Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress and play a key role in a growing practice
