We are working with a thriving Legal 500, regional practice seeking a talented Private Family Partner to join their newly opened Stoke-on-Trent office. As part of a highly regarded family law team, you’ll advise individuals and families across the UK on a broad range of private family law matters, including UHNW / HNW divorce, financial settlements, children arrangements, international cases, succession planning, pre-nuptial agreements, and domestic abuse protection. You’ll benefit from a steady flow of quality instructions and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Candidate

  • Experienced Private Family Partner, with experience on complex divorce matters
  • Strong profile and/or a following to bring with you
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
