A growing and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Director to join its expanding Property Litigation team in Stoke-on-Trent, as part of a strategic investment in its regional growth.
This is a key senior hire, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing a specialist practice, with a focus on agricultural disputes, land disputes, and broader real estate litigation. You will advise on a broad range of high-quality matters, including:

- An experienced Property Litigation Lawyer operating at Legal Director level, or a Senior Associate ready to step up
- Strong technical expertise across property litigation matters, ideally including agricultural or land-based disputes

- A proven or developing ability to win work and build client relationships
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
