A growing and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Property Litigation team in Stoke-on-Trent, as part of a strategic investment in its regional growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing office and play a key role in a specialist practice, with a focus on agricultural disputes, land disputes, and broader real estate litigation.
The Stoke office represents a relatively new and rapidly growing venture for the firm, with ambitious plans for further expansion. As part of a close-knit and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to take on high levels of responsibility and contribute to the growth of the practice.
You will advise on a broad range of high-quality matters, including:
- Agricultural disputes
- Land and boundary disputes
- Real estate litigation
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development-related disputes
- Estate Disputes
The Candidate:
- A Property Litigation Solicitor operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (or approaching that level)
- Strong technical expertise across property litigation matters, ideally including agricultural or land-based disputes
- Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy, whilst working collaboratively within a wider team
- Commercially aware, with an interest in client development and business growth
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress and play a key role in a growing practice
