An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a respected and growing Manchester law firm. This role offers the chance to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with a high degree of autonomy, whilst benefiting from a supportive team environment and genuine career progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex residential property matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the residential property department
The Candidate
- 5+ PQE Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
- Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
- Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Strong communication and client care skills
