An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trade Mark Attorney (4 PQE+) to join a respected intellectual property practice based in London.
This role offers exposure to a broad mix of trade mark and brand protection work, supporting clients across sectors including UHNWI's, entertainment, technology and creative industries. You’ll be joining a team that delivers both prosecution and contentious services, handling everything from filing and portfolio management through to oppositions, enforcement and strategic brand protection.
You’ll be entrusted with meaningful client work from the outset and will collaborate closely within a supportive team that values technical excellence and commercially grounded advice. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on trade mark filing, prosecution and portfolio management
