Working directly with an exceptional Partner advising on complex and high-value transactions in asset-intensive sectors. Representing a broad spectrum of markets including private equity sponsors, debt funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors. The Role:
- Advising on complex and high-value transactions in asset intensive sectors
- Supporting on complex cross border transactions, in Europe and the Americas
- Leading on real estate finance, data centre finance, and senior mezzanine transactions
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
- Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
- Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives
The Candidate:
- Qualified lawyer with 6-8 PQE and a strong background in real estate financing
- Strong background, ideally trained and qualified with a Magic circle / US law firm
- Experience working across multiple asset classes and sectors
- Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Qualified in England & Wales, or a foreign qualified lawyer at an elite firm
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
