As a Corporate Solicitor / Partner, you will play a key role in driving the firm’s growth in London, taking a proactive approach to building relationships, developing workstreams, and enhancing the firm’s presence in the market. The Role
  • Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions
  • Supporting clients on joint ventures, fundraising, and shareholder agreements
  • Providing corporate advisory support to a diverse national and international client base
  • Handling high-value and complex transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Working closely with partners and colleagues across the firm’s national platform
  • Driving business development activity, networking, client targeting, and pipeline generation
  • Playing a leading role in strengthening the firm’s presence in the London market
  • Contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the London corporate practice
