Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-track personal injury cases.
- Investigate liability and quantum.
- Review medical records and take witness statements.
- Draft court documents and provide complex client advice.
- Attend conferences and negotiate settlements.

The Candidate
- Experience working on Multi-Track Personal Injury claims is essential – whether claimant or defendant
- Background of EL/PL and/or motor claims or clinical negligence
- Good commercial awareness with an ability to provide commercially rounded advice to clients and view matters from a business perspective
- A flexible attitude with an ability to adapt to rapid change, both internally and in the context of clients’ businesses
