Serious Injury Solicitor – Liverpool – Hybrid – salary up to £60,000
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a top tier Legal 500 law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal and Catastrophic Injury as well as Clinical Negligence.
The firm is recognised nationally for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Serious Injury team, it is now seeking an experienced Fee Earner or Litigation Executive to work alongside existing Partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor with a passion for Serious Injury and has a proven track record for either running or assisting on a Multi-Track caseload.
The successful candidate will be expected to work self-sufficiently and manage Serious Injury claims. They will also assist the Partners on their complex caseloads including high-value brain and spinal injury cases, with some claims exceeding £1million.
The Candidate
- Solicitor / Legal Executive with a passion for Serious Injury (NQ – 8 years PQE)
- Proven experience of handling or assisting on a Multi-Track caseload of Serious Injuries
- Litigation experience
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent client care skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
