The Candidate
- Strong experience in private wealth work
- The technical confidence to advise on estates, trusts and tax planning
- A commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for business development
- The credibility to act as a trusted adviser to clients and referrers
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating at a senior level
- STEP or SFE accreditation
- Experience developing referrer relationships with accountants or IFAs
- Exposure to higher-value or complex estates
- Involvement in mentoring or supporting junior lawyers
- A growing personal network or interest in profile-raising activities
