Construction & Projects Solicitor β Senior Associate level 5+ PQE β Up to Β£150,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to focus on non-contentious construction matters within the commercial real estate sector along with extensive experience in the area of higher risk buildings and building safety.
The opportunity is with a well established Legal 500 International law firm as they're looking to further grow their esteemed practice in London.
The successful applicant will be an established non-contentious construction solicitor, comfortable running an independent caseload whilst as well as assisting on larger matters as part of a team. The projects team is over 50 strong nationally, with an endless supply of support available.
The team have an unrivalled reputation acting for the majority of the tier 1 construction companies in the UK and globally. Acting for employers, developers, sponsors, funders, project companies, contractors, consultants and insurers.
The Candidate
- An experienced non-contentious construction solicitor 5+ PQE
- Key experience acting on higher risk buildings and building safety
- Well versed with the full breadth of commercial construction
- Ambitious to work on some of the UK's leading construction and project transactions
- Passion for the work you do and keen to progress expertise within a top tier environment
- Has experience from a large commercial law firm or in-house environment
- Excellent organisation, time-management and IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
