William James Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established regional law firm in Liverpool. The role focuses on high-quality private client matters, specifically advising high-net-worth individuals on wills, estates, tax planning, and lifetime trusts within a collaborative environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Proven technical expertise in wills, trusts, and estate administration.
- Experience managing taxable estates and complex private client matters.
- STEP qualification is considered desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous experience within a high street, regional, or national law firm.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters.
- Provide expert advice on probate, tax, and succession planning.
- Draft complex wills and lifetime trusts.
- Collaborate with the firm's legal team to support department growth.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Mode: Full-time, Hybrid working model.
