An opportunity has opened at a respected Top Tier Legal 500 firm with a strong national presence. The firm is growing and is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor (6+ PQE) to help lead and develop the department.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Court of Protection property and affairs matters, including complex deputyships and PI trusts.

  • Court of Protection Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (6+ years PQE)
  • Highly experienced in handling complex and high value Court of Protection matters
  • Litigation experience would be preferred but is not essential
  • Experience in setting up Personal Injury Trusts and making applications for statutory wills, gifts would be advantageous
  • Leadership skills (in particular supervision of junior staff)
  • Excellent organisation, time-management and client care skills

The salary is up to £90,000 + Bonus + Package.
