Job Description
Restructuring & Insolvency Partner – Up to £150,000 + Generous Benefits
An exceptional opportunity is available for a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner to join a dynamic and nationally recognised team as a Partner in their Leeds office. This well-established and highly regarded firm continues to invest significantly in its restructuring practice, with a team that operates across multiple offices and handles a diverse and complex caseload.
The team advises insolvency practitioners, company directors, and corporate clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Work includes pre-packs, enforcement actions, director disqualification proceedings, public interest winding-up petitions, and cross-disciplinary instructions alongside colleagues in finance, corporate, real estate, and insurance. The practice also acts for litigation funders and regularly advises on asset recovery and restructuring solutions in distressed scenarios.
The Candidate
- Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with 6+ years' post-qualification experience
- A track record of leading on complex insolvency matters, both personal and corporate
- Strong existing client relationships or the capability and ambition to build a following
- Interest in contributing to leadership, mentoring, and business development
- Excellent technical and commercial acumen
- Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a growing and nationally integrated team
