About the Job
Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer – Up to £70,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals across the UK.
Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing department, it is now seeking to appoint a Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a progressive and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have fee-earning experience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload. The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of Sales and Purchases, Freehold, and Leasehold from inception to Completion.
The firm is seeking a motivated/technically strong Residential Conveyancer with ambition who can develop relationships and will easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The Candidate
• Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with experience of managing own caseload
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
