The predicted salary is between 90000 - 210000 Β£ per year.

The Residential Development team is one of the largest and well-established divisions, with a reputation for providing outstanding conveyancing services. They continue to prosper and win work whilst finding the balance between new and existing clients, consisting of high-net-worth individuals and businesses in all areas of residential property.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and add to their already incredible client base. Being technically proficient with a good sense of judgment will allow the individual to take the reins from day one.

The Candidate

  • An experienced Plot Sales Associate/Partner
  • A portable client following would be highly desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Able to balance running their own caseload whilst managing other fee earners
