REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, LEEDS, TO C£90,000 DOE – Award winning national law firm, offering high quality work and opportunities for progression within a supportive, flexible working environment – JOB REF:8108

• Competitive salary and benefits package including generous annual leave and opportunity to buy and sell days plus extra personal days, a firm-wide bonus, enhanced family policies, a range of family healthcare and insurance policies, and flexible working options including hybrid and flexible hours.

• Suitable candidates should have at least 5 years’ PQE in real estate work gained in another regional or national law firm.

• You will be working on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, investments, landlord & tenant, development work and property management.

• You can expect to be advising developers, investors, and corporate occupiers across a range of industry sectors.

• Working alongside local solicitors and within the wider national team, you will manage your own files as well as working in larger deal teams on larger projects.
