The Role
Commercial Real Estate – Associate – Up to £80,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Real Estate team to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
The firm is recognised for providing legal advice and solutions to an impressive client base consisting of major retailers, leisure operators, property developers and local authorities.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate offering, they are keen to speak with ambitious Associates wanting to develop and thrive within an exciting, international-focused environment.
The Candidate
- Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 3-8 years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
- A passion for business development
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
