This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable law firm with an established reputation in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to strengthen its growing Clinical Negligence team.

You’ll manage your own smaller caseload while also supporting Senior Solicitors on more complex and higher-value matters, offering an excellent balance of autonomy, development and exposure to quality work.

  • Support Senior Solicitors on complex pre-litigation and litigated files
  • Investigate liability and review detailed medical records
  • Instruct medical experts and obtain key evidence
  • Draft Letters of Claim and other legal documentation
  • Deliver excellent client care throughout the claims process

Requirements:

  • Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Good understanding of CPR and the litigation process
  • Experience working to KPIs and performance targets
  • Experience training or developing junior staff (desirable)
