Superb opportunity to join an award-winning leading law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of Private Insurance Clients. The firm is recognised across the globe for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Property Damage Team, it is now seeking to appoint a Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to work alongside its existing Team. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated and organised Solicitor with ambition, to provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The role involves working closely with some of the UK’s largest insurers and their underwriters on all classes of property damage claims including multi-million pound claims.
The Candidate
- A Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
- Minimum 2 years experience in Property Damage
- Experience in handling complex disputes arising out of fires, escapes of water and oil, subsidence and construction and engineering related incidents
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time‐management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
