A leading International Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 law firm are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their highly regarded Property Damage team. You will assist initially on complex, high-value property damage claims, policy coverage disputes, product liability, fraud cases, and subrogated recoveries, working with some of the UK's largest insurers.
This role offers the opportunity to assist on significant litigation including conducting advocacy, mediations, and trials. You will be drafting detailed legal advice, handle high-level negotiations, and instructions to counsel. There is the chance to be involved in delivering training seminars and workshops to clients, contributing to client relationships and business development. This is a really great opportunity to join a dynamic growing team. There will be some hybrid office attendance required, depending on experience.
