Property Damage Lawyer – Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 Firm
Due to growth, our client is seeking a talented Lawyer to join a top-ranked Property Damage team within a leading insurance law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle high-value property damage claims, policy coverage disputes, product liability, fraud cases, and subrogated recovery cases for major UK insurers.
You’ll engage in advocacy, mediations, and trials, while supporting substantial commercial insurance litigation across various issues like fires, water damage, and construction failures. Join a dynamic and expanding team with flexible working options and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate on large-scale, complex claims, from policy coverage disputes to significant loss
- Support Lawyers with litigation, strategy, and client advisory work.
- Draft legal advice, conduct document reviews, and prepare instructions to counsel.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to insurer clients, contributing to client development.
- Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.
- Competitive salary to £70,000 DOE
