This is a really exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1: Ranked Legal 500 Professional Negligence Team. They are seeking a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor to handle high-quality cases on behalf of insurers defending a variety of professional indemnity claims.
You will manage your own caseload of claims up to £500k and assist Partners on multi-million cases. You’ll work directly with clients and insurers, handling claims from pre-action protocols through ADR, mediation, adjudication, and litigation. You will also provide policy coverage advice and engage in adjudication, arbitration, and disciplinary proceedings, while preparing reports, witness statements, and liaising with Counsel and experts.
We’re looking for candidates with a background in professional indemnity and/or construction disputes, along with strong litigation skills. This is a fantastic chance to work alongside Legal 500 experts at a firm known for its exceptional reputation in the industry.
