An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a rising Private Client lawyer to join a market-leading practice renowned for handling the most complex and high-value domestic and international wealth structuring matters. You will work alongside Chambers and Legal 500 ranked partners on a variety of ultra-high-net-worth client files involving estate planning, international tax, cross-border probate, and trust structuring for global families, entrepreneurs, and family offices. This is a role for someone who is ambitious and ready to build a long term career within one of the UK’s most respected Private Wealth teams.
The Candidate
- 1–4 PQE qualified solicitor with strong Private Client training (ideally from a City, top-tier regional, or boutique firm)
- Experience or exposure to HNW estate planning, succession advice, and offshore structures
- Familiarity with international elements such as non-domiciled clients, tax treaties, or asset structuring (advantageous)
- STEP-qualified or willing to pursue qualification
- Excellent drafting and communication skills with a high degree of client sensitivity
- Collaborative and ambitious mindset, with a long-term view toward career progression
