This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals. The firm’s leading private client team acts for executors and trustees on both contentious and non-contentious matters and is recognised across the South East for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to work alongside existing partners in the department of ten Solicitors.
The ideal Private Client Solicitor must have a strong understanding of wills, probate, LPA’s and trusts. The successful candidate will be expected to work with high net worth individuals including business owners and farmers.
The Candidate
- Private Client Solicitor with at least 4 years post qualification experience or equivalent
- Attend marketing/networking events for the firm to bring in work
- Represent the firm through external/internal presentations
- Giving talks at local care homes and charity groups
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
