This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a Tier 1-ranked Private Client practice, advising on complex and sensitive matters for individuals, families and professional contacts across the South East and London.
Joining a well-established and respected team, you will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of Court of Protection and lifetime planning matters:
- Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Advising on capacity issues and long-term planning arrangements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
