An exciting new opportunity to join and strengthen the team at a Legal 500 Firm. Our client acts for some of the UK's leading real estate names, strengthening their relationships by delivering a legal service that sets them apart from the rest. Currently experiencing a period of growth, they are looking to expand their Residential department by appointing a residential conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer to work alongside their current team.
With the consistent flow of new work, they are looking to bring in new talent to maintain exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload of residential property matters. The successful candidate will be able to effectively handle a caseload of a wide range of transactions including sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.

- 2+ PQE in a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters
