The Role- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Working closely with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant
- Utilising a modern case management system to streamline processes
- Liaising with clients, agents and lenders throughout transactions
- Delivering high standards of client service and communication
- Collaborating with onboarding, post exchange and completion teams
- Maintaining compliance and accuracy across all files
- 3+ PQE Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Confident handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
