The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury team, it is now seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist senior Solicitors / Partners with their busy and complex caseloads.
You will be working individually with a high attention to detail but also as part of the team. If you have got drive and determination, ambition and are looking for a stimulating career then we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities to include:
- Assisting Solicitors / Senior Solicitors on a varied Personal Injury caseload
- Reviewing Medical Evidence
- Drafting advice to clients
- Reviewing Claimant’s Losses and drafting Schedules of Loss
- Making offers
- Negotiating settlement with third party insurers
