Residential Property Solicitor – Up to £75,000 + Benefits + Bonus
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive legal 500 firm offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.
The Team has a strong and growing reputation in the Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Thames Valley market and they work for clients both locally and nationally.
Due to succession planning in the team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to work in it’s large property team of 25 staff across their multiple offices.
The successful candidate will be handling residential property purchases, sales and other transactions.
You’ll be acting for a range of clients from individuals to large corporate bodies both in the UK and abroad.
This would be a suitable opportunity for a Residential Property Senior Associate looking to step up to a Legal Director role in the future.
The Candidate
- A Senior Residential Property with 5 PQE +
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Professional and effective communication with individuals and business contacts
- 25-28 days annual leave (dependant on starting level) plus bank holidays
