An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Criminal Defence Solicitor to join a highly regarded specialist Crime firm with an established reputation in the private crime and regulatory sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor based in the west-midlands looking to develop their career within a niche practice, working alongside a team of highly experienced and respected crime and regulatory practitioners on a broad range of complex and intellectually stimulating matters.
The successful candidate will advise and represent professional and private clients facing criminal and regulatory investigations, assist with the preparation and management of serious Crown Court litigation, and support clients through often challenging and sensitive proceedings.

The Ideal Candidate
- Newly Qualified Crime Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- Experience gained within Criminal Defence during training or post-qualification
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Keen interest in privately funded crime work
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Enthusiastic and ambitious individual seeking long-term career development
- Able to attend police station interviews where required, primarily across the West-Midlands
- Hybrid or remote working arrangement
