This leading Legal 500 law firm offers specialist legal advice to Court of Protection client and assist them with management of their property and affairs.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Newly Qualified Solicitor to work alongside its\’ highly reputable team.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of complex Court of Protection matters and liaise directly with Clients, their families, case managers, independent financial advisors and professionals involved with the day to day management of the clients.
The Candidate
- Private Client Solicitor with 0-3 year of post-qualification experience
- Court of Protection experience would be highly advantageous
- Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge
- Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
