The Role:- Lead and manage a Private Client team in Cardiff
- Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships
- Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
- Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
- Drive business development and strengthen the firm’s presence in the Cardiff / South Wales market
- Play a key role in office growth, including recruitment and team build-out
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners
- Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
- Strong technical expertise across private client work
- Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
