An exciting new opportunity to join and strengthen the team at a Legal 500 Firm. Our clients offer business that prioritises strong relationships and delivers a legal service that sets them apart from the rest. Currently experiencing a period of growth, they are looking to expand their Residential property department by appointing a conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer in their Newcastle office to work alongside their current team. The firm are consistently winning new work and are looking to expand the team to support this.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload of residential property matters. The successful candidate will be able to effectively handle a caseload of a wide range of transactions including sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
The Candidate
- 5+ PQE in Residential Property/Conveyancing
- Ability to run a full case load of varied Residential property matters
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to run their own caseload from inception to completion
- Effective management of conveyancing matters
