A leading boutique family law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal in Newbury to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity to join a Legal 500-recognised practice, supporting on high-quality, privately funded work within a modern and client-focused environment. Based in the Newbury office, you will work alongside experienced family lawyers on complex and sensitive matters, gaining hands-on exposure from day one. The Role:
- Supporting solicitors on divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
- Assisting with case progression from instruction to conclusion
- Drafting legal documents, applications and client correspondence
- Preparing court bundles and hearing documentation
- Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and third parties
- Conducting legal research and supporting complex matters
- Providing administrative and file management support
