The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s RTA department, it is now seeking to appoint a Paralegal to carry out investigations on complex claims.
The role will involve dealing with a caseload of pre-litigated RTA files under the supervision of a Technical Supervisor therefore the ideal candidate will have experience of running a RTA case load.
The Candidate
- Experience of handling RTA cases and managing their own caseload
- At least 5 GCSE's or equivalent and a degree/LPC is desirable
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
