Specialist Costs & Insurance – Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm recognised for its excellence in delivering specialist legal services to a diverse client base, including major insurers, businesses, and individuals. As part of the ongoing strategic expansion of the firm’s Counter‑Fraud department, they are seeking to appoint an Associate to take on a pivotal role within the team.

The successful individual will assume responsibility for managing a complex caseload of litigated counter‑fraud matters, and will be instrumental in driving case strategy. In addition to technical case handling, the role will involve active participation in Business Development initiatives, contributing to the department’s broader growth objectives and client engagement strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in Motor Fraud litigation and demonstrate a commercial, solutions‑focused approach. You will be expected to provide high‑level client service, mentor junior team members where appropriate, and contribute meaningfully to the development of the team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced Solicitor / Litigation Executive handling a Motor Fraud caseload
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while prioritising and managing a diverse caseload
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent legal insight and attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional and effective communicator with team members and clients
