Solicitor – Motor Fraud – Birmingham / Manchester – Up to £42,000 + Excellent Benefits Package + Generous Bonus Scheme This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 firm within their market leading counter-fraud team in Manchester or Birmingham. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing Team dealing with their own caseload of litigated delegated and non-delegated motor fraud files including slam on cases, staged accidents, low speed impacts, late notification, claims layering and exaggerated cases to name a few! The ideal candidate will have at last 1 years’ experience as an RTA Fraud handler with sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules and Court procedures is also expected.
