The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, well-established law firm known for delivering expert legal advice to both businesses and individuals. As the firm’s Counter-Fraud department experiences continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Litigation Executive, Paralegal, or File Handler to take on a key role in managing a caseload of litigated counter-fraud cases.
This role involves handling cases with non-delegated authority, guiding them through to resolution. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, working on complex counter-fraud matters and ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing non-delegated counter-fraud cases, with the ability to work independently while contributing to the team’s overall success. You will play an essential role in the department’s continued growth, providing excellent client service and demonstrating a thorough understanding of counter-fraud law.
