An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Hull. As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor to join their successful team. In this role, you’ll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of fast and intermediate track cases. You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a complex caseload of Clinical Negligence claims and be familiar with all aspects of litigation.

The Candidate

  • Medical Negligence Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (NQ - 8 years PQE)
  • Experience of managing own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
  • Litigation experience is desirable and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal (DCP)
  • Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent client care skills
