The Role:
- Manage Professional Indemnity matters from instruction through to resolution
- Support Partners on high‑value, complex, multi‑party litigation
- Develop pre‑action strategies and case plans
- Manage disclosure, draft pleadings and prepare for mediation and trial
- Review evidence and prepare detailed client reports
- Instruct Counsel and expert witnesses
- Attend conferences, hearings, mediations and disciplinary proceedings
- Build strong relationships with insurers, businesses and individual clients
