This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Catastrophic Injury & Large Loss team within a multi-award-winning national law firm. The team handles complex, high-value claims across a range of sectors, working with insurers and commercial clients on significant injury matters.
Due to continued expansion, the firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to support large loss litigation across motor, employer’s liability, public liability and indemnity matters.
- Assist on a varied caseload of high-value catastrophic injury and large loss claims
- Conduct liability investigations and support quantum assessment work for multi-track claims
- Take witness statements, review medical records, and manage evidential packages
- Support court hearings, CMCs and pre-trial meetings, and ensure compliance with court timetables
- Draft legal documents and client advice, including interlocutory applications
Qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation, ideally on the defence side.
Competitive salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience), ~25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave and a day off for your birthday, hybrid working and flexible working options, clear progression opportunities within a leading national team, excellent professional development and training.
