An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Top 100 law firm with a national presence, based in Manchester city centre. As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer who can come in and support an established team.
In this role, you’ll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of fast and multi-track cases. You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a complex caseload of Clinical Negligence claims and be familiar with all aspects of litigation.
The Candidate
- Medical Negligence Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (NQ - 10 years PQE)
- Experience of managing own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
- Litigation experience is essential and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal (DCP)
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent client care skills
