A leading National firm is seeking an RTA Litigation Paralegal to join its award‑winning Manchester Motor team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of litigated Motor matters within a market‑leading department acting for major insurers, TPAs, self‑insured organisations and commercial clients.
As an RTA Litigation Paralegal in the Manchester team, you’ll manage a mixed Fast Track and Small Claims caseload, gain exposure to complex liability disputes, and work within a collaborative, well‑established team known for its technical expertise and supportive culture.
- Managing a caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims matters
- Experience managing a litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims caseload
- Experience handling Credit Hire claims
- High attention to detail and strong legal insight
Competitive salary up to £34,000 depending on experience.
