The team advises lenders and sponsors on complex, large‑scale real estate finance transactions across the UK and Europe, working closely with colleagues across London and international offices.
As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor / Senior Associate, you will benefit from exposure to premium clients, significant deal flow and a collaborative, cross‑border platform, alongside clear progression and strong development support.
- Leading on real estate finance transactions for both lender and sponsor clients
- Advising on a wide range of asset classes including logistics, BTR, retail and mixed‑use developments
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, intercreditor agreements and ancillary finance documents
- Managing deal teams including junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Senior Associate with strong experience in Real Estate Finance or Banking & Finance
- Solid understanding of real estate finance structures and market practice
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across finance documentation
- Strong team player with experience supervising junior lawyers
