William James Recruitment is seeking an EL/PL Solicitor to join the Manchester Casualty team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a mixed caseload of multi-track Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims, handling litigated and pre-litigated matters from inception to resolution.
You will liaise with insurer and corporate clients, assess liability and quantum, draft pleadings and statements, and contribute to client service targets while delivering commercially focused outcomes.
