The Role
- Manage a caseload of EL/PL delegated authority fixed-fee matters
- Handle Pre-Action Disclosure files and Infant Approval Hearings
- Work on personal injury claims from instruction through to resolution
- Assist senior fee earners on higher-value and complex matters
- Review evidence and assess key liability and quantum issues
- Maintain communication with clients, insurers and third parties
- Support case strategy and contribute to efficient case progression
- Work to performance targets and service level agreements
This role offers excellent hands-on experience in litigated EL/PL work within a structured team.
About You
- Experience in personal injury claims, ideally EL/PL
- Exposure to litigated matters (or advocacy experience desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage a busy caseload

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Confident using IT systems and case management software
