The role will involve a broad range of high-quality corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters. You will play a pivotal role working closely with lead Partners, developing and servicing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of both the corporate team and the wider firm at an exciting stage of its development.
